When will I receive my order?

Our current processing time is 7 business days.  Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for shipping (location dependent - we ship from Florida). 

How much is shipping?

We offer $5.99 flat rate shipping.  Shipping is free for any order over $50.

Do you accept returns?

As our items are personalized, we don’t accept returns.  Please reach out to us at daladesignsllc@gmail.com with any concerns upon receiving your order. 

Can I see my requested design before it’s stitched?

Of course!  We understand that it can sometimes be hard to visualize your personalization.  Please place your order and write in the notes that you’d like to receive your personalization via email prior to production.  You can then review and make adjustments as needed.  Please allow additional days of processing time for this service.  

 

How should I care for my garments?

 

Wash inside out with like colors using a delicate cycle with cold water.  Hang dry is recommended.  If placed in the dryer, use a delicate cycle with low heat.  Too high of heat in the dryer may shrink the fabric and distort the embroidery.

 

How are the garments prepared?

The garments are washed and dried as described in the care instructions prior to embroidery.
